T. Phillip Carlyle, a local builder in Morristown, has decided to pay it forward.
This week, the T. Phillip Carlyle Foundation was formed. It is a longtime goal of Phillip Carlyle, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of the community members of Hamblen and surrounding counties.
Friday morning, the Foundation presented $5,000 to the Ministerial Association Temporary Shelter, better known as MATS.

MATS Executive Director Tonya Polidoro said that the donation was an answer to prayers.

Polidoro said that homelessness doesn69制片厂制作传媒檛 discriminate.
69制片厂制作传媒淚t touches everyone69制片厂制作传媒檚 lives at some point,69制片厂制作传媒 she said 69制片厂制作传媒淢ore people are classified homeless than you think. A lot of times, folks don69制片厂制作传媒檛 end up in the homeless shelter because they have support systems that step in as needed.69制片厂制作传媒
While this is one of the first donations from The T. Phillip Carlyle Foundation, this labor of love has been in the works for quite some time. Carlyle expressed his gratitude for the support of the Hamblen County community and is very eager to continue to pay it forward.
